Building on our blanking press expertise, we have long manufactured automotive components. To meet customer demand for high-mix, low-volume production, we introduced a fiber-laser combination machine. It is well suited to service parts and prototypes. Cutting on a brush table minimizes surface damage and meets automotive quality requirements.

The system combines high quality, efficiency and multifunctional processing. In addition to improving productivity in thin-sheet applications, it expands processing possibilities and supports non-ferrous metals.
Punching, cutting and forming are integrated into one machine, shortening manufacturing lead times and reducing costs.
Replacing selected laser operations—such as small round holes and square holes—with punching can further reduce processing costs.
The machine also enables tapered cutting. Converting suitable parts from conventional machining can deliver additional cost savings.
